InOrbitMode

InOrbitMode is an implementation of GlobalMode and OrbitalMode that governs normal in-orbit operations such as transitioning between flight states, listening for event-driven interrupts (e.g., Safe Mode, ZO, BO), and executing scheduled task queues specific to the InOrbitMode.
